Doesn't look like its causing anything major, but when you have Jomsocial integration enabled, the "Recent Topics" page includes the error...
Code:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in {root}/components/com_community/libraries/core.php on line 84

Thats all that shows though, there isn't anything else that indicated there is a problem there.

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this issue. What jomsocial version do you using ?

The latest, 1.6.190. I honestly didn't check if this one was reported yet, sorry. although, the error went away on its own over the span of this week, so it could very well be related to the browser I was using at the time, the latest Firefox version for Mac.

All I changed was turn Legacy off, but I don't think that did it cause its still not there when I turn it back on. I can't seem to replicate the error. Sorry, I couldn't catch the reason for this one.

I haven't reproduced exactly your issue, i'am using jomsocial 1.6.287, i think the issue come from when jomsocial try to load users with joomla! session, in your case the query empty and it's show the error that you have.

In my case, an issue happens on liscat but the query is rejected :
