Question attachments issue

Hi, I am testing Kunena i.1 RC1. Migration was successful but when I was looking through some posts with attachments I found something like this.

See screen.




What is more this attachements are the same.

All images are downloaded from the path: www.mysite.pl/media/kunena/attachments/l...ages/mobilesynth.jpg .
Why are they duplicated?

My system: joomla 1.5.20

I believe that there was something wrong in the old table (jos_fb_attachments). Can you check if you find the attachment repeating in the old table?

Hi, I checked the old table and I can say there is no attachment repeating.

Hello Matias, I checked once again jos_kunena_attachments (after conversion) you were right, many records are duplicated. There was no duplicated records before conversion. There is something wrong with the process.
Please find the attachment:
jos_kunena_attachments 2,5 MB
jos_kunena_attachments_bak 1,1 MB
in one zip file


My environment:
joomla 1.5.20
kunena 1.6 RC2

I've been out a few days and I've not had a change to look at the issue.

It looks like you have somehow managed to import all the attachments many, many times. Which was the first Kunena version you installed?

Issue can be solved by deleting all entries from jos_kunena_atatchments where id<14270.

Data were imported from FireBoard 1.0.4 Stable [ Teakwood ] 23 December 2007

Issue can be solved by deleting all entries from jos_kunena_atatchments where id<14270.

I can not figure out how should proper query to the database looks like. Ccan you give me some advice?

delete * FROM `jos_kunena_attachments` WHERE `id<14270` does not work
