Important super admin banned!!

Hello, my super admin user is banned in Kunene. When I login with another user (joomla) with the same rights of the super admin, I can not unlock it. How to solve this problem? Thank you

this is a Joomla functions, not Kunena. Go in Joomla user manager and define your super admin as registered user. Then unblock this user and set him as super admin again.
