Joomla articles, Kunena messages, all these things are stored in a database using UTC time (at least, that's my understanding of these things).

Joomla 1.5 has no knowledge of daylight saving time (DST). DST is a "political" thing; it's not an issue related to the physical geography (longitude) of where you live or where anyone else who may be living are concerned.

You can change your timezone in your Joomla user account settings; you can also change your timezone by editing your Kunena user profile.

I'm sorry but the information that I put into the Wiki article is about all I can say on this subject: see Dates and times in Kunena

If users don't use/have "default" timezone(from global configuration setting in Joomla!) that will not change... In K 1.6.x, users can change their own timezone's in Kunena profile, which is that timezone when you look in Joomla! backend "User Manager" (In Kunena is "copy"/"it use part of Joomla).

So if your global timezone is -1, check what you/your users are setted for it.

For example, in multilanguage sites users can be from many timezones...

Edit: oops, sozzled already answered.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I have not seen no where "Play Futbol" template what was created/released by Kunena Team?

Kunena default template details : Play Futbol (default) | author: Kunena Team | version: 1.6.1 | creationdate: 2010-10-23

Also you use old modules:

Modules: Kunena Latest: Enabled (Version : 1.6.0-RC2) | Kunena Stats: Enabled (Version : 1.6.0-RC2) | Kunena Login: Disabled or not installed

Check the latest version which Kunena Team provided? : www.kunena.org/download or joomlacode.org/gf/project/kunena/frs/

btw this is red color for me always nowdays (in J! 1.5.xx because J! 1.6.x or upcoming J! 1.7 not support that):

Legacy mode: Enabled |

About the questions:
My problem is why time change in the summer, the post time indicates a bad time.
Who configure de kunena forum?

IF users use "default" timezone what you are put in J! 1.5.xx global configuration that should be right. Kunena Forum is global forum solution and that why users can select their own timezones from the profile settings (Kunena). You have select there CB to profile what is using, so I don't know how that works and is there setting for that, I think there is also setting for that as any good extension?

integration_profile communitybuilder

read in report

When comes these legends +/- with hours (summer/winter) like as in Finland(+2/+3) (DST). You can see those for example here: www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ (TIP: J! 1.6.x calculate/change those automatically in J!(Current UTC (or GMT/Zulu)-time used))

I found a plugin for Joomla 1.5, but it's a commercial one (for 2€), which should solve this problem.

Hello,

Update... I checked everything and the only way I can fix this ''time problem'' is by changing in my forum user profile and make it at the time zone different. Like my time zone on Joomla is UTC -5:00 and I have to make it at UTC - 4:00 but ONLY in my Kunena forum profile not in my joomla profile...

I really cannot ask all users to change their time zone...

Really weird problem...
