Joomla sef urls was created by misterpat
Hello all!

Since moving to Kunena, I have ditched Acesef. Went with the sef in the core. One question I have now. Some of my article links are like this now:

this---> www.mysite.net/page1/68

Instead of ---> www.mysite.net/page1/page2

Page2 is a link from page1

Any ideas how to fix this?

I can't offer a direct answer...I can make a proposal for you to give this extension, Unicode Slugs SEF , a try, so that your urls display the name of the articles etc in your Joomla site...

Care to share the actual site, and what are the aliases of the subpages?

Sure!

www.overbrookhospital.net/overbrook-hospital

Now, down toward the bottom, there is a link to a video page. That's where the urls get funny.

There are a lot of other examples, but that's just one off the top of my head.

I left the aliases blank when creating the articles. As far as I have seen, they get filled in automatically with the page title.

Thanks!

From the looks of it, I think you are better off asking in the official Joomla! forums. Since this seems more related to the core instead of Kunena. I don't have any solution for this.
Have you tried change the alias, save, and then look?

Yeah, tied that. tried searching the joomla forums, but not coming up with anything. Probably not using the right search terms.

Figured I would try here since I check here often for any updates on Kunena.

Thanks for the effort!

Have you altered your .htaccess file? If so, maybe you should try a clean cope from a new Joomla! archive.
