Important Header problem

I've just been told bu my users that they get the following error quite oftent when using the forum They say that if they wait a moment and refresh the page, the error doesnt appear on the page.

I never got the problem on my own so can't tell you any more informations. I quite embarrased because I just can't find any solution to this problem as part of the message is unreadable and the rest doesnt give any clue.

, it's not an error it's prevent that personnal datas will be put into the cookies.

I understand that this might not be an error, but as long as it shows up on the top of the page and that my users have to refresh the page to display it, there is a problem?
