@Pinkeltje Thank you for your commitment. When I follow the ‘instructions’, I can see in general.scss that the change I made to the general.scss file is already reflected there.
I’ve also changed it on my live site, so that the text is displayed normally again in the backups.
Will it be changed on Kunena.org as well? At the moment, the homepage and the entire forum are displayed in this garbled text.

Ich sehe es in helium_19.css:140
body {
  font-family: "Segoe UI", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol", "arial", sans-serif;
  font-weight: 400;
}

I will make this change this thursday because actually i'am not at home

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

As previously reported, I’m having this problem with the entire public Kunena forum.
All menus, headings, text and buttons are displayed in this stretched view.
Here’s an example from the home page. This is what it looks like on my screen:

If I then change the entries in helium_20.css:140, helium_20.css:144, helium_20.css:461, helium_20.css:991 and helium_20.css:2212 in the Inspector and uncheck the ‘Font Family’ option, the home page looks like this:

Am I the only one with this problem, or does it happen quite often?

You are (untill now) the only one and it is due to your operatng system. But as @xillibit already mentionned this:

Am I the only one with this problem, or does it happen quite often?

Please be so kind as to wait till friday with your feedback.

Hello,
I’ve now set up a test server running openSUSE 16, and I can see the problem you're experiencing.
I am going to continue looking for a solution—perhaps I'll find something using ChatGPT.

With kind regards
Leen

@Leen cause and solution are already known, so not necessary to do further research.

Oh, thanks, but...Did I overlook the solution?
A Update
On my own Leap 16 web server, it was the Firefox font setting.

With kind regards
