Kunena 6.2.5 & module Kunena Latest 6.0.7 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.2.5 [K 6.2.5] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.3.x/4.4.x/5.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.1 / K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.2

Hey there,
today we personalized the kunena forum.
Afterwards we try to register a member - but it doesn't work. It seems that the password won't be memorised of the system. The user gets the activating e-mail as usual and confirms the hyperlink. If he key in the password (he has chosen), there is the message that the password must be wrong, or that there isn't a user account.
We also tried to change the password in the backend - with changing the passwort, the user can be registered. But that can't be the solution.

Hi mirj,

Joomla handles all registration for Kunena, so your problem is related to your Joomla installation and not about your Kunena setup. As you have not provided any specific information is makes it hard to assist you with this matter.

It would help if you posted which version of Kunena you are using, and which version of Joomla.

I bet you're running on Joomla 3.2.0, which has issues on passwords. If you do have it, please read this:
