Kunena 6.3.0 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

This is for users to help other users, to discuss topics that are related to forum administration in general or problems in running Joomla. This is not the place to ask for Joomla support. If you want assistance with Joomla please ask at forum.joomla.org

PHP problems - xcache not properly configured was created by IlRosso
When i try to install a new kunena template i obtain this error:

500 Internal Server Error
Fatal Error was detected!

Fatal Error: xcache_clear_cache() [ xcache.lighttpd.net/wiki/InstallAdministration ]: xcache.admin.user and/or xcache.admin.pass settings is not configured. Make sure you've modified the correct php ini file for your php used in webserver. in libraries/kunena/cache/helper.php on line 111

The error was detected in the Libraries.





There is a solution?

you need to configure correctly xcache : xcache.lighttpd.net/wiki/InstallAdministration

While someone may be able to help you with this issue, it is unrelated to Kunena. It is a configuration problem with your site setup. Please contact your hosts or look into the documentation for whichever system you site is hosted on.

Kunena does not handle user registration, it is handled by Joomla.
