Kunena 5.1.9 Released (15 Feb 2019)
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 5.1.9 [K 5.1.9] which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 3.9.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 5.1 and issues discovered during the development stages of K 5.1. This is a maintenance release.

i have a weird problem with my Kunena ,,,
everytime i try to add new topic ,
and after i add the new content in here

i hope you guys help me,,its getting so annoying

i am using joomla 2.5.9
jomsocial 2.8.3
the latest version Kunena

Kunena has not any blacklist of users. Your problem has nothing to do with Kunena.
Could be that you are using some other component for authentication of users?

It may help if we could see your Kunena configuration report but, honestly, I cannot see how Kunena can be behind these messages. I think these messages are generated by some other Joomla extension that you are running on your website ... but what is that "other" extension, responsible for "blacklisting" users, I do not know.
I discussed this issue with the Kunena team. I searched the language file - there is no word "blacklist" in the Kunena language file. You are using JomaSocial; maybe JomSocial has some kind of "user blacklisting" feature?

In J! 2.5.9, the reference comes from the file ../language/en-GB/en-GB.ini, at about line 144:
JGLOBAL_AUTH_FAILED="Failed to authenticate: %s"
JGLOBAL_AUTH_USER_BLACKLISTED="User is blacklisted"
