Sitemeter shows that an out click by a forum visitor was a forum topic that was deleted. If I click on the link even as Admin, I cannot view it

You do not have permissions to access this page.

Other than registered member level, I am the only one with access. No Moderators. I have checked the Trash Manager & it is not there. Any ideas as to how I can track down this issue?

Really....??? 2 days and not one person can offer any advice or guidance. Surely this isn't so complex for the more experienced members. My past questions got no help either.

Great product but where is the support? Yes I know you are all volunteers which usually means you do it to help others, unlike paid staff who do it for the money.

... and there's the heart of the issue!

There's no "sitemeter" in Kunena and we don't know anything about this tool or how accurate it is.

As far as the rest of what you wrote is concerned, we get the same information as you do when you click the link that you posted (i.e. You do not have permissions to access this page) so it looks to me as though everything is working the way that it should be from the Kunena perspective. I'm sorry but I don't really understand how your problem is something that the Kunena team can help you with but, possibly, someone else in the community may know something about this "sitemeter" product and can give you some information on it.

Hi Sozzled,

I knew you would answer ;)

Sitemeter is like Google Analytics. It tracks all the visitors to your site & what they viewed. What it has to do with Kunena is, a post that was supposedly deleted and not viewable by the Admin can & was found by a guest or member. If it didn't exist wouldn't we see a 404 not found? Why do we see 'not authorised to view' ??

So what? I still don't know what this has to do with Kunena nor why you think there's some kind of "support" issue here?

As I understand your question, "someone" or something was "seen" by something else (Sitemeter) to have done "something" on your website and you do not know how that "someone" could possibly have done it. Is that, basically, a reasonably accurate interpretation of your question?

Not going to be much help if you dont understand. Perhaps you should just not answer instead of copping an attitude. You seem to take everything personally but so far you haven't helped with a single question I have asked which is worse than no answer.

Perhaps it is time to switch to another forum where members DO help each other like when I used SMF before using Joomla.

I wont waste my time posting here again.
