Kunena 6.3.0 released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3

What I am trying to do is this.

My homepage has a top menu going across and a left and right menu on the sides. ( Standard Layout)

In the content area I made an article welcoming people to my site. I want to display a Kunena Category with the forums in it underneath the article. So it will show the welcome article and then show the categories of my forum underneath it.

I can get the menus and the kunena forum to show up on the same page but can't figure out how to add an article above it.

You need a module to display the article, that's all. You can then assign that module (using the Joomla Module Manager) to a template position of your choice. Here's a really simple suggestion: forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=2143086#p2143086
