Question Run Kunena in banner1 instead of component

I'm currently working on a website that's utilizing the Kunena forums, but as the site is very time-sensitive I used Artisteer to cut a lot of time off the creation.

Unfortunately, this causes an issue as Artisteer will not allow Kunena to stretch to the full width of the content area even when there are no modules in left or right columns. However, the banner1 position is in a perfect spot for the forum.

I have a lot of experience with CSS, HTML, SQL, and Javascript, but very little in PhP at the moment. What steps can I take to cause Kunena to operate from the banner1 position instead of the component position when someone clicks on the link?

I skimmed the forum and attempted some searches prior to posting, and could not find a solution, but if I missed it feel free to link me to it.

Thanks to anyone who responds.

Also, the site is running Joomla 1.5.x and it is the latest (As of mid last-week) version of Kunena.

This solved part of the problem, but unfortunately it still loads Kunena in a default location whenever you click any links in the forum, which drops it back to only taking up two columns.

i.e.
74.220.215.210/~fantatb7/index.php?optio...nkcomponent&Itemid=4

vs
74.220.215.210/~fantatb7/index.php?optio...&Itemid=0&func=rules

I've been trying to work on this issue while getting the rest of the site going, but it's still not doing what I need it to do. The site was supposed to launch today but I cannot get this issue straitened out on my own.

If anyone has any input, I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

-I know it's bad form to post or bump, but it's been almost five days since my last post here.
