Question Changing the blue bar below the search box.

Experts,

I'm trying to customize Kunena default_ex template to match my joomla website. I need help changing the color of the blue bar below the search box.

I found the blue bar.gif in /template/default_ex/images and I uploaded my own bar.gif in that folder but nothing happens.

You could search for the colour in the CSS. This might reveal its class.

Sometimes it's amazing how we get two, three or more different topics by different users within minutes of one another and they all relate to a similar issue. As I just finished typing my suggestions in another topic ( i want my forum to match my website ) and now this! Please read the suggestions that I've made. Basically, you will need some competence in image editing and a half-reasonable image editing program.

Here's the bar I'm referring to:

You are correct: bar.gif is the file. The other topics I referenced show you where this file is stored.

I changed the color and I uploaded the new bar.gif file, but I still see the blue bar.

Is there any reason why it's not working.

Look for

Change the line I've highlighted to a different colour value!
