Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

The above change does not hide the moderators when you are viewing the thread. To do this you must also add around line 361

The original message ( Hide who is moderating a forum ) was locked - not by me, BTW - because it answered a specific question asked by a user who acknowledged that the information was correct ... at the time.

Although these are only my personal thoughts, as a general principle of forum moderation, it is quite appropriate to lock from further discussion those subjects that have been effectively disposed of. Just yesterday, for example, I was looking for help with Firefox V 3.5.7: I found a similarly-asked question but, when I tried to use the procedure recommended, the information did not help my case. I was tempted to reply "your information was unhelpful" but the topic was locked. Well, there you go! It happens outside of this forum, too!

As you can see, they have already helped someone else. We will allow this discussion topic to remain open, if you like, but I'm deputising you to answer any questions on this subject if your idea doesn't work. :lol: ... or would you like me to move this to the "Solved" category?
