Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

can't edit profile info was created by brizzo
for some reason, I can't edit my personal profile info. Is there something I can change to make this happen? I am using the latest version.

I'm sorry. I am not sure that I completely understand the question. What function are you trying to access to achieve this? Have you installed and attempted to integrate other Joomla extensions with Kunena? Has this function worked in the past? Are you getting any error message when you attempt to edit your personal profile information. Latest version: Kunena 1.5.9, yes?

no error messages... i just installed this latest version into joomla as a component. It is a brand new forum. When looking at my own profile, it only lets me change between male and female. There are other areas, such as MSN id, website, etc. These are not modifiable.

That's very peculiar. I just attempted to reproduce these symptoms on one of my own test sites (running K 1.5.9) and I could not. Can I see this behaviour at your website: can you post URL and provide me with a test account/password to verify the symptoms, please? :dry:

This issue happens only for your profile or for others users too ?

Guys, I think I fixed it.. my only issue now is the search option isn't working.

I had to change the mod_rewrite to YES.
