Adjust php.ini settings was created by mway
My provider allincl.com doenst support the feature to install kunena over an older version. I get an error like JInstaller::install: could not copy.

What does the provider have to change to make this possible?

Hello,

I think you have a different user set for apache and joomla.

Read this : forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=12147

Now I get the idea on what's wrong.

Can you send information from your system: Operating system, Joomla FTP user, Apache user.
What are the permissions of those files? Owner, group, mode (0600?) ?

I don't need your phpinfo, it's a problem with the owner of your joomla directory, so read this doc, the part Configure Access Rights : help.ubuntu.com/community/Joomla#Configure%20Access%20Rights
