Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Default language for my website is Serbian and we have letters like (Č,Ć,Ž,Š,Đ and we write those letters like C,C,Z,S,DJ(english version)) The biggest problem is when someone write new thread and in subject include those Serbian letters, after that in address bar this letters are not included in the main link.
example:

http :/ / somedomain.com/forum/name-of-forum/Vršac-i-još-po-nešto
http :/ / somedomain.com/forum/name-of-forum/Vrac-i-jo-po-neto

prefer:

http :/ / somedomain.com/forum/name-of-forum/Vrsac-i-jos-po-nesto

this is very important because google see and translate this words totally different and subjects are included in META DESCRIPTION and KEYWORDS.
example and translation:

vrsac (the name of the city)
vrac(wizard)
nesto(something)
neto (neto)

1. Is it the issue of Joomla or Kunena?
2. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
