Important Categories Page Doesn't Load (new users)

Hi all,

When I go to forum as admin, I can see the categories page but when I made a new user account (registered user) they can't view the categories page. I searched this forum, must be a small issue, can't find answer. I tried looking at the new users profile and forum view options (community builder installed), made sure it matched up with other accounts. Again, this new account gets this below, as admin, i'm not having a problem nor have any users complained, the account can view latest posts etc. fine.

Any ideas?

Why do you don't use Kunena 1.5.6 ?

Hi,

The site is on joomla 1.+ not 1.5 so I would have to migrate entire site first...do you know any easy way to do it (I have done it before but it was a headache, did it about 9 months ago, have there been any bonified tools now for migration, I have to do some db editing which was a headache).
