where is the forum? was created by ppeluse
I'm installing on my local xampp server then followed the simple install instructions and seems like everything was successfully installed.

Now have the component features available under the component menu.

I created the Kunena menu item in the joolma backend.

Created forum categories and hierarchy and id's appear ok.

My menu link will not open the forum with default settings.

The url address looks like this
Code:
http://localhost/3dOven/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=5

Is there a step missing? I have a menu module and can see my links in the browser, but the forum never loads.

allowing public access using super administrator login settings.

Any help is appreciated!!

So you have menu item in frontend and link pointing to your forum? Link looks ok.

What happens when you enter to the forum? Have you tried to go into Kunena administration to look if it throws an error?
