I have a forum that is called "PC & Technik" on my website.

When I open up this forum, its displayed as "PC & Technik" in the page title.

Example:

hirnschwund.net/forum/12-pc-a-technik

Hello,

You use the default template, do you have tried with the template default_ex ?

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

My language file is already UTF8, at least Kate says that to me.

I don't think that this would help much, because the word "PC & Technik" is not in my language file. ;)

schmatzler: When did you modify your theme? I think that I've fixed this & problem earlier -- at least it works in Kunena.com.

The problem is that &s were generated in the template, so you need to update files in your template in order to fix this one.

I took the template from Kunena 1.5.5 and swapped the table cells in it to show the user details on the left side and the content on the right side. The color is just modified in the CSS - so it should work, right? But it doesn't :P

EDIT: With an unmodified message.php it also shows "PC & Technik" as the page title.

Ok, so it cannot be the template. Are all page titles like that or just this one? It may be bug in storing entry which has been fixed. Can you reproduce it?
