SYSTEM SETUP:

Joomla 1.5.14 (Legacy Mode)
PHP: 5.2.9
CB 1.2.1
Kunena 1.5.4

ISSUE:

For an example, I have a Thread in a Category on my Forum that has enough posts in it that they can't be shown on one page. When you click on the link to view the Thread, it automatically places you on Page 2 of the thread. If you click on "1" or "< Prev" or "<< Start" the page merely refreshes and stays on Page 2.

If you back out to the Category view and click on the "1" in the Thread " CHARLIE BROWN CAST LIST by Jolie Rand [Page: 1,2] " it still takes you to Page 2.

I remember having this EXACT issue when I first installed Fireboard a year ago (prior to following the upgrage instructions to Kunena TO THE LETTER. -- Yes, I used the fbconverter tool.) I posted to that forum and got a solution which I just can't remember, not can I find that old post.

REQUEST:

Can anyone help me fix this issue so my users can view the original posts in all of my Threads?

Hello,

Do you use sef system or sef component ?

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

xillibit and @quila, thank you for your replies.

@quila, you saved my butt. I was using the "default" template, not the "default_ex" template. When I switched templates in the Frontend section of the Kunena Configuration page and began using the default_ex template, all was well. And, it made my forum look better.

All my super-active forum users thank you profusely, and I thank you, too.

Also, just for the record, I was not using the system SEF, or any other 3rd party SEF software.

Case closed. :)

Best,

Chaz
