Question Search Results are not displaying properly

I am using kunena(1.5.13) forum in my site. But the search functionality for searching a topic in the forum not working properly. When I click on the search button in the main forum, it displays another search form which asks to enter search keyword again.Many more search options are available on that form. When I click on the search button of this forum, it displays the result properly. But the thing is I donot need this advanced kind of search form, which i am getting when i click on the search button in the main forum. I need to display the search results immediately after clicking on the search button in the forum.

Please do the needful.My work got stucked because of this issue.

If i understand right your explanation, this is the normal Kunena 1.5 behaviour

Can I force some code for this.?? If so, pls do let me know, in which file i can do it?

K 1.5.13 is very old and very out-of-date. I suggest that you upgrade to K 1.5.14 ... even better, upgrade to K 1.6.3 and you won't have those problems at all!

No otherway to solve this issue???

my issue is resolved. I used some java script for search result textbox validation. I have deleted that and commneted code of advsearch. now i am getting properly.
