Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I visited your website. You appear to be using a very old version of Kunena that is no longer supported. This is surprising because you say that you are a new Kunena user.
May I ask what version of Kunena you are using and why did you choose that version? Have you considered, or tried, K 1.6 for your purposes?
I'm not sure that I've seen the kind of problem you have described but, in all probability, seeing that you are using a version of Kunena that was probably "current" about 12 months ago, it's highly likely that your problem may have been fixed by a later version. I would suggest, as the first step, to upgrade Kunena to the latest stable version.
Although K 1.5 continues to be maintained for the purposes of ensuring that users are not exposed to security threats - K 1.5.14 has just been released for that reason - we strongly urge people to adopt K 1.6.3 especially for new sites. People need to be aware that the availability of support for K 1.5.x is becoming less available as more users adopt K 1.6. People should know that, in the future, there will be no support offered or available for K 1.5 and it makes good strategic sense to move forward as soon as possible.
