Question viewing details (fb pathway)

hi all,

I have kunena 1.5.11 installed (template default_ex) and came across something odd:

viewing details both $total_viewing as well as the list of usernames is identially across the forum

eg I have a total of 4 users set up on my test site : super admin , reg user, author and moderator, each of them is purposely currently browsing a different category. still no matter where I go

index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=2
index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=2&func=showcat&catid=2
index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=2&func=showcat&catid=4
index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=2&func=view&catid=8&id=5

they all display (4 viewing) user 1, user 2, user 3, user 4

is there any way I could achieve that only those members actually viewing a specific category/ thread would be listed as viewing it?

yer this is a known issue with k1.5x do a search for PATHWAY FIX on these forums and you will find my fix to remove it as it will never work correctly in k1.5 but it has been fixed in k1.6

are you saying that the fix available in 1.6 cannot be applied to 1.5.11 ?

K 1.6 code and templates are not compatible with K 1.5.x and vice versa.

no you miss understand me i said there is a fix to REMOVE the pathway completely for k1.5.11 but the pathway has been made to work correxctly in k1.6
