Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hi Kunena Developer,

I have some problem. Why writing delay time on Message Editor is too quick I can't send my messages and it log me out just only 5 mins writing on the message editor. I usually wasted my writings and redo it again.

It makes me feel so tired to re-login and write again. Please help. I have a lots of users in my Kunena Forum and also they have lots of problem and it turns out they leave my website.

This isn't a problem caused by Kunena but of Joomla. Your session lifetime is set at 5 minutes.

Go to Joomla backend - Site - Global Configuration - System - Session Settings - Change Session Time to 15 minutes.

Now your members will have 15 minutes to type their posts. For safety reasons don't make the time too long.
