Kunena 6.3.0 released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.3.0 [K 6.3.0] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 4.4.x/5.0.x/5.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.3
Question K 1.5.9: BBcode issues: images not displayed inline with other images or with text

You can see my issue here: schoolyourpool.com/message-boards/13-head-office
Images are aligning vertically instead of horizonatally. I know this used to be common with older versions of Kunena, but should this be an issue with 1.5.9?
Any ideas of how to fix?

Because you are using a specific kunena template , it will be more difficult to determinate the source of the issue.

The problem persists if I use the 3rd part template or the default_ex template.
So, I'm thinking the template is not the issue?

As you know, There is only one endorsed and supported Kunena template ... default_ex . You stated that your image alignment problem persists when you use the default_ex template. I should like to see that. If this is the case then I would be suspecting that there's this image alignment condition is being controlled by your Joomla template.
Now that I've got the preliminaries out of the way, you may need to discuss your problems with the developer of the defaul_ex_formality_gay_left template or retrofit the changes brought about by K 1.5.9 to that template yourself. This may or may not address the problem as I suspect it's your Joomla template at the cause of things. Some useful tips are contained in Before you ask for help with template issues ... .

I have switched the template to default_ex so that you can see that the issue still persists.

Cerberus, here is the code that I am using:
The weird thing is that I actually had this working on Kunena 1.5.6. But then I upgraded to Kunena 1.5.10 on the day it was released. It worked then as well. I downgraded to 1.5.9 when it was revealed there were issues with 1.5.10. Since then I have had this issue. I tried 1.5.6 again but the issue persists.
Strange.

OK. Here's the background . Back in the days of K 1.5.6 images would appear inline with the text. Those users who used Internet Explorer complained that this behaviour broke their website templates and so, from K 1.5.7, the behaviour was changed so that images displayed with a line-feed before and after them. On the one hand you could congratulate the developers for listening to the users and responding with a solution. On the other hand you could blame all those users who refused to budge from IE 6 (or 7 ... I can't remember the specifics of the circumstances).
There is a workaround for this problem, contained in the discussion BB-Codes Pictures Problem!

I'm about to test K 1.5.11 to see if this behaviour has changed for the better, that is multiple [img] tags on one line display images inline with each other and with the text ... or not.

cerberus - Not sure what you were meaning by me not posting the correct code. That is the exact code that I use in the Forum Header box, which accepts BBcode.
As for IE/Firefox issue, the problem persisted in both browsers. I use Firefox, FWIW.
Anyways, it is now solved! Thanks again!
