Please read
Before you ask for help with template issues ...
.
From the looks of what you have posted, there seems to be a clash with the Kunena CSS and your Joomla site CSS. Without knowing what your Joomla template has done, it's difficult to know what to change to adjust the colours of your message body. However, with a bit of patience and a bit of practice, the tips I've given in the message I've referred to, you can actually resolve this matter very quickly yourself.
Unfortunately there's no single cure, no single change, that works in every situation. We may be able to help (or not) but you may also have to wait. The choice is yours.

For the benefit of all users who are are looking for a general answer, Kunena simply uses whatever body colour you have defined in your site template. If your site has a dark theme then it's likely to use a light-coloured font and that's what Kunena will use.
However, Kunena's default_ex CSS is basically a light-coloured theme and so it needs a dark-coloured font. Therefore you will have to make a number of additional changes, shown in red below, to the default_ex CSS. Please note that the following may not be a complete list:
#Kunena th, #Kunena div, #Kunena p, #Kunena span {
color:black;
font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
}
#Kunena .fb_list_actions_info_all {
color:black;
font-weight:bold;
height:28px;
line-height:28px;
padding-left:15px;
padding-right:10px;
width:100%;
}
#Kunena span.msgdate {
color:black;
font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
font-size:x-small;
font-weight:normal;
padding-left:10px;
text-decoration:none;
white-space:nowrap;
}
#Kunena .fb_forum-pathway .path-element-last, #Kunena .fb_forum-pathway-bottom .path-element-last {
background:url("images/pathway_finallink.gif") no-repeat scroll left center transparent;
color:black;
height:18px;
line-height:18px;
padding-left:37px;
padding-right:5px;
}
#Kunena div.msgtext {
border-top:1px solid #DDDDDD;
color:black;
margin-top:5px;
overflow:hidden;
padding:10px 0 0;
width:100%;
word-wrap:break-word;
}
