Are you saying that the left border is missing from the image on the left? A link to your website might give a better perspective on the matter. :)

The left column appears shorter in height than the right. Is that what you mean by "truncated"?

Replied by sozzled on topic Re:Missing left-border?
I'm still not sure I understand what you mean by the "edge" on the left. Are you referring to the border?

You most likely have to change an existing CSS rule that defines a left-border value. Most likely this will be the CSS rule shown below in its original form:
Code:
#Kunena td.fb-msgview-right { border-left:1px solid #BFC3C6; border-right:1px solid #BFC3C6; padding:5px 10px; vertical-align:top; }
Are you using an unmodified Kunena default_ex template? If you are using an unmodified Kunena default_ex template then the reason the left-border is absent is because of something in your Joomla template.

Because your site is not accessible, there is nothing more I can help you with, apart from the usual please-see-the-tutorial advice in the Wiki which I'm sure you're already familiar with. Sorry. :(

thanks for the help.
I do not speak your language so it is difficult to explain

Let me explain with this picture...

Use "default_ex" without modifications.
If I replace the current Joomla template the problem disappears.

Thank you. Yes, I understand what you want. You are talking about the left-border.

The problem is caused by your Joomla template. I cannot help you with that, sorry (not with access to your website). You can diagnose the problem, quite easily :woohoo: , with Firebug for Firefox!

Browser wars? :blink: I don't know the answer. Until your website is accessible, you're on your own, I'm sorry.

You know, 90% of all the problems that I encounter in diagnosing how-do-I-fit-Kunena-into-my-Joomla-website issues occur because people use Joomla templates that were constructed with tables, not divs. You can't help that, I auppose, but Kunena works a lot better with tabless templates.

Anyway, here's the solution to the problem:

Change your Joomla template CSS, around line 48:

table {
border-collapse:collapse;
border-spacing:0;
}

Comment-out or remove the line I've highlighted in red
