Question Avatar Width

I am wanting to shrink down the width on the avatar area that shows on the right side similar to this forum. I want to shrink it down so it gives more text are for the forums also would like to shrink down the grey bars that are below the avatar. Currently that area is set to 170px wide and the grey bars are set to 150px wide where would i find this area to adjust the width.

Hope that makes sense i am still a noob at this

I made that change but it did not affect the width.

Try to make it smaler then. I made it 100 px to get smaler pic and width I am content with.
