Question pages of threads not working error 404

Hi,

I moved my site from my old server to the new server, had problems with the images refering back the old server, (but thanks to everyone on here I have fixed that problem)

Next problem some threads when you click on them say eror 404, but if you click on page 2 and so forth of that thread it works. It is just the first part of the thread ??????

You are using SEF/SEO ??
If yes, disable and clean cache!

Does that mean I cant use SEO & SEF ?

And how do I go about cleaning the cache??

I don't think @quila's message was meant to imply that you cannot use Joomla's SEO , but he was suggesting that you temporarily turn it off, clean/purge the cache, then turn it back on again.

To clean/purge the cache:

1. Tools » Clean Cache in your Joomla admin site
2. Select all items (checkbox/es)
3. Click the Delete icon (top right)
4. Tools » Purge Expired Cache in your Joomla admin site
5. Click the Purge expired icon (top right)
