Question Database and discussboot _ please help

Very glad to see this forum so active

I've been trying with fireboard for year or two and never succeded to configure it in a way i like it. all i need is forum and discussbot plugin enabled.

NOw I installed kunena and as you can see have some errors here:http://bestbonusmoney.com/forum/index.php

Kunena is installed in backend but during installation I receive some warnings:
php version: 4.3.11 (Required 4.3.9)
mysql version: 4.0.27-max-log (Required 4.1.19)

Now I changed php to 5.x but still need to change mysql version.
problem is that on godaddy you can chose databese version only upon creating it.

So my 2 questions are:

How to install kunena to different database ?
How to install configure and enable discuss boot plugin?

I think that you are using joomla 1.0.x this version is in end of life since the 22 july 2009, so please upgrade to joomla! 1.5.15.

You need to use a more update kunena version : 1.0.11 or 1.5.9(recommended version)

For change database, you have to export the actual database with phpmyadmin and import them into the new database, then in joomla! configuration.php file put the right values for database :

var $host
var $user
var $db
var $dbprefix

I am totaly aware of the version of joomla and kunena I am using,
but for the moment I dont have time to upgrade to higher versions because it takes lot of time and eforts to bring everything back.

Thanks for your thoughts about database upgrade I may try this.

And what about discuss bot , please ?
