Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

How you upgrade your Kunena component depends on what version of Joomla you're using now. If you're using Joomla 1.0 then you can upgrade to Kunena 1.0.11 (just download the kit and install the component as you normally would do - there's no need to uninstall anything). If you're using Joomla 1.5 then - as far as I'm aware - you merely download the Kunena 1.5.8 kit and install it normally, too. The installation procedure also converts all your existing forum information.

Tiny little correction: 1.0.11 requires a prior uninstall ( no worries all data stays) - Only Joomla 1.5.4 and higher supports in-place upgrades and as such only Joomla 1.5 native packages (like Kunena 1.5.x) can upgrade in place.
