Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I tried reading about how to upgrade Kunena from 1.5.4 to 1.5.7 and one source said to uninstall 1.5.4 first and then install 1.5.7 and another source said to just install 1.5.7 right over 1.5.4 without removing it first. I'm a little confused which method is the correct one. I noticed someone said they had a problem when they uninstalled 1.5.4 and then installed.

If you can tell me which method to do. And yes I know backup first always :)

Both of them works, but installing on top of the old release is the faster way.

The difference is that uninstall cleans up directories if files have been removed.
