hi all ! I installed kunena on joomla using the plugin manager and everything seems to be ok. The problem is that when I try to load the index page directly I get a white page.

So for exmaple if I try ww.mydomain.com/kunena it dosent work.

Although if I try using the menu link I configured at joomla I can see the page without problems.

WHat could be causing this behaviour? Or how can I access the forum directly.

Thanks a lot !

Hello,

What is the url for the menu link for kunena ?
Why you don't use this link ?

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

the link in the menu is :

joomla.centromedex.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=66

but I cant use that because the way its showing in my webpage.

So the only way to do that is to direct link the forum wich link would be:

www.centromedex.com/kunena

But all I get is a white page.

Thanks for the help.

Please look at Apache error log or let PHP to show errors in a page by setting:
display_errors = On in php.ini or .htaccess in your Joomla root directory.

You can name it what you want, if you turn on SEF in Joomla backend. Basically it's the name of your menu item. In this case it's most likely joomla.centromedex.com/foros .

Please look at Joomla documentation how to do it.
