The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Question
Can't Install Kunena - JFTP::write: Bad response..
I'm stuck. I have a site that used FireBoard. I wanted to migrate to Kunena so I uninstalled Fireboard and attempted to install Kunena.
I am getting a "JFTP::write: Bad response.." error.
I have:
Checked to make sure all directories are writeable
Manually set my directory permissions to 777
checked to make sure the php is NOT running in safe mode.
I am running
Database Version: 5.0.81-community
Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
PHP Version: 5.2.11
Web Server: Apache
Web Server to PHP interface: apache2handler
