Question White page during install

I set Debug Settings->Debug System "yes"... No messages, white screen May be problem rigth of access for some directory... But why other extentions successfully installed?

Hello, sorry for I long time be absent. I set in php.in size for php script 16 Mb (was 8 Mb). Yahoooooooo!!!! White screen was conquered. But now show up MySQL error. I try resolve this problem my self. Now I busy at my work. When I be free, I do it, and write result. Thank you for participation in my problem.
