SMF to Kunena was created by NenadSoko
Kunena is the best forum for Joomla, but I use SMF 1.1.10 and I wish migrate to Kunena 1.0.11.
Does have any script for migration, or manuel.
Thanks

Hello,
Actually there is no converter to Kunena, but it exists a converter to fireboard, so you need to use fireboard and then upgrade to Kunena.

We are in the process at the moment, of using SMF2FB to convert SMF2 to Kunena 1.5.4
We have run into a few problems that other users hadn't as I think our forum were quite larger...
We have roughly 220,000 posts over 56 sections, 6 categories and around 5200 users.
The users aren't coming across which we have to fix, but for now you are able to sync using JFusion.. A little dirty but it works.
First successfull run through didn't deliver attached files and embeded images and the such.. How has everybody else found this ?

I used the same convertor and it did the trick. Had 40000 posts and 1500 users.
With the users, because I was originally using the Joomlahacks bridge, so my smf users were also in the Joomla user database, so I migrated the Joomla users from 1.0 to 1.5 so my users could use the same password.
