no id ont have that i need to download or what ?

I do not believe that you want any third party SEF. We need to know what else you have installed on your web-site, what other components you are using with Joomla. That is important. There is another component that you are using that is causing the problem. I don't know what it is without a list of what you have installed. Do you understand what I am asking you to do?

i understand i download this com_sh404SEF-15_1.0.16_Beta_build_222.joomla1.5.x
and i install that component so now ihave that com_sh404SEF

Please disable com_sh404SEF. See if disabling com_sh404SEF fixes your problem.
