Will there be a VBulletin converter? was created by clausv
Hi,
Kunena seems to be an amazing product. At the moment I'm running a VBulletin forum but I plan to switch over to Kunena. Will there be a converter for that and if yes, what about the planned time for this?
Many thanks
Claus

This is omething I am hopeful for too. I would like to get away from the high overhead involved with the vbulletin install + bridges and get back to a nice solid integrated forum again.
Any news on a converter folks? It realistically needs to convert avatars and attachments too.
cheers

Well, seems like the programmers work on make better the forum, the environment need more developments, but is possible that this will be a strong alternative of free forum platform.

Actually FM, I tried looking on your site but kept getting errors so I gave up, I noticed you were offering free migrations here before and got interested.

It must have been a temporary problem as I got on fine yesterday. I didnt realise that the free offer on conversions was for such small db's when they are to include attachments too. VB is not really a small db application (one of the reasons I want to switch)
I guess I will have to keep waiting to see if a vb - kunena converter gets produced here.
