Question php-fusion v6x -> Kunena 1.5 90% completed

I think forum didn't convert well,because somewhere you forgot to edit from fb to kunena.



You are using fusion v6 or v7?
If v6,then create a new site and upgrade there from v6 to v7 (i'm using v7,not 7.1).
After that try to convert,just edit the code,like I did.

I use v7... And I tried going through all the convert_ files again, but couldn't find anything missing.

However, for some reason I tried running your plugin again, this time choosing "delete and transfer forum messages" (or whatever it was called - the part that ONLY takes care of thread content).
And that worked!

Well... Kind of...
I have nothing in my "Recent posts" list, and looking at the index/categories, all posts are 41 years old... Haha! :laugh:
But the threads are fine, so I'll just have to see if I can figure out how to make it NOT say that they are 41 years old when looking at the index...

Anyway - I'm almost there.

After migration,in forum index i had answer count mest up,so i had to change that manual in mysql.

I'm new to Joomla and Kunena so please be gentle.

I've managed to set everything up installed the plugin on joomla. I have also imputed the database details in to the settings. I'm at the stage where I am trying to convert users and forums and get the following errors:


Clear And Convert Users

Apache version 2.2.17
PHP version 5.2.14
MySQL version 5.0.91-community-log
PHP Fusion version 7.01.00
Joomla version 1.5.22
Kunena version 1.6.2

I also see errors when I try to use this old tool.

Kunena really needs to make a proper conversion tool from phpfusion.

I guess that this old script is just too old, and it doesn't work in a new Joomla (1.6) and a new Kunena (1.6.3).
