Migration from CCBoard was created by deemo
Hi Guys

I am currently running a forum site with about 300 members and we have been running on ccboard since the very beginning and have about 400 threads and 3000 posts. Due to lack of development of the component I am looking to move to a more regularly maintained and feature rich forum component.

Does Kunena offer a migration tool from ccboard. I also use community builder for user profiles etc.

Will i be able to migrate to Kunena easily maintaining user stats etc? Will i be able to continue using community builder for profiles/registration etc?

I would really like to hear from anyone who has moved from ccboard about the issues they faced. Are ther eany features of ccboard not available in Kunena that you miss.

Kind Regards and many thansk for anybody who takes the time to respond.

There are lots of useful topics about migrating from other forums (including ccBoard, I believe) that you can find by searching or browsing this category . I remember that there have been converters written by users that achieve this purpose but, I'm sorry, I don't have any personal experience of ccBoard to advise you specifically.
