Question Forum Administration problem (sub forum gone?)

Hi everybody,

Hope you can help me out...

My forum contains several sub forums (categories). I added a sub catagory under a sub forum like this:

forum name
...forum name 1
...forum name 2

I didn't like the place of "forum name 2" and tried other parent categories. Then I placed the "forum name" in his own parent category (I think) and now the whole sub forum is gone incl. the messages! I can't see the ogiginal category/forum in the forum administration!

I didnt depuplicate it!

How can I fix this problem?

I wonder if you could do us a bit of a favour, please? One of the biggest problems that we often have is with terminology, like the word "forum". The key to understanding your problem lies partly in the terminology but also lies in knowing what you did to cause it in the first place. Please read Sections, Categories, sub-Categories (Part 1) . I think this will give you the answers you are looking for.
