Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Not sure what is going on but even though we can successfully move a post to another category/Forum, there is the following code left in the original content window. Look at this link. It doesn't automatically directs you to the new location of the post

Surely someone knows why this is happening, please, I don't like this mistake on my forum. Basically, you are left with the following after you move the thread to another forum

When in the Catagories list view tick teh box next to the MOVED: BLAH topic and then scroll to bottom of page you will see two drop down menus select the one on left and select delete then click go and BINGO your ghost topic is gone :) to stop them appearing in future when u go to move a topic untick the leave ghost tick box on the move page before you click go :)


FYI - This is not a bug or mistake in kunena this is just a function that the user posting this thread did not like and by following the instructions above he can stop happening if he wishes to not use ghost threads on his site.
