Question Kunena Horizontal / Verticle Scroll Bar on Code Tags

If you havnt noticed with Kunena it only likes to do horizontal scroll bars when you add in long lines of code to your post

i was woundering if perhaps theres a fix or a hack i can add in to make it shorten the post down so it uses horizontal and verticle scroll bars when i add in the code tags.

it could just be a template issue with the custom one im using im not sure maybe someone with more knowledge knows thanks for any help you can provide

I don't know if this is normal behaviour for Kunena or not, but I suspect that it is normal behaviour. If you have a long (wide) message, in order for the text to be displayed within the constraints of the [standard 400px] textarea width that you defined in your Kunena configuration settings , the page enables the auto-scroll feature incorporated in the Kunena default_ex CSS.

Even when you use the CODE tags, the autowrap feature, that breaks on a word boundary, still applies ... unless your line is very long without any spaces.

it does but i was more hopping someone would be able to point out a way i can add in a verticle scroll bar so you would have the feature to scroll along and up / down rather than just along the post but il try this configuration setting you pointed out and reply with any fixes it has

nope its the same i wounder if its something that will be in kunena 1.6
