I agree with you. Some changes have already found their way into K 1.6 to accommodate this need. K 1.5 is not to be augmented any further (except for the possible necessary fix to correct something seriously broken). K 1.6 is the way to go. I think we will also find further improvements in this area in future versions after K 1.6, too.

At the risk of annoying someone, how do you enter 12 hour time instead of 24 hr in the Latest Post module?

I have followed the links above but didn't provide an answer for me. A time formatting reference chart in the module backend would help.

Thanks,
Geoff

This topic is all about how to change the date display for Kunena 1.5. If you are not using K 1.5 please be careful about resurrecting old topics that may not be appropriate to your situation. The date display functions in K 1.6 are different to K 1.5.

What version of Kunena are you using, please?

I am using K 1.6. I didn't know there was a difference, sorry, thought I was making it easier.

Cheers,
Geoff

I don't know the answers to your questions as far as K 1.6 is concerned. I think that you will probably find the answer by searching the forum (please confine your search only to K 1.6 topics) and I suspect that the answer may lie in the use of changing a language .ini file .
