Question Userlist in Kunena not synch-ing with Joomla

Apologies if this has been discussed before but I could find the answer.

I have users in Kunena forum that are not present in Joomla (control panel -> User Manager). I only see them when I look at the list of user in Kunena/User Administration

Therefore I can't delete them from appearing in the Userlist in the forum.

I tried the sync function in Kunena but that hasn't changed anything.

These users are the default users that I believe came with my template.

Is there any workaround to delete these users?

Huh? The Kunena installation kit does not install any users. Perhaps a screenshot to illustrate your problem, or access to your website, might help clear up my misunderstanding of your issue. Could you arrange that for us, please?

Theoretically, the Synchronize Users feature should fix these kinds of problems. If there genuinely are additional records in the Kunena user [database] table, you may have to delete them manually with a tool like phpMyAdmin, but don't do anything until we identify what's really going on.

I meant these user came with a Joomla template I bought (JA Sulfur) - not Kunena.

The first 12 users are only visible in the Kunena forum.

I have no problem accessing the tables directly, I would just need to know which tables/columns/etc.

The Kunena users are held in the table fb_users. Edit (delete the unnecessary records) this with phpMyAdmin. Be careful and make a backup before you make any changes. Read How To Destroy your forum data... first.
