Is there a way where I can lock the password that I give someone in the forum so they can't change it?

Hi,

I can't understand what is the problem here! Can you be more specific with your request. Thank you.

I'm not sure I understand this question, either.

Perhaps you mean "is it possible to have a captive account that I can give to someone but they can't have access to the user profile edit feature that allows them to change the password?"

That's a tough question. The answer is no, in K 1.5. Currently, in Kunena, you cannot define who can or cannot edit their user profiles. Sorry. You may be able to do something with JomSocial or Community Builder software.

Perhaps, with some kind of hack, you could stop someone doing this: don't ask me how to do it. We're gearing up for the release of K 1.6. ;)
