I would like to use modules LIKE THE JOOMLA LEFT/RIGHT positions IN KUNENA. But can't figure out how to use the left and right module positions in Kunena

Thanks in advance for any help

There are no left or right modules in Kunena. The only module positions, the "place-holders" - if you'd like to think of them in those terms - to which you can assign Joomla modules, are those described in docs.kunena.com/index.php/Module_Positions . If you want to insert Joomla modules to the left or right what Kunena displays you achieve that with a Joomla template that provides such module placement.

The standard Joomla templates, rhuk_milkyway and JA_Purity allow you to assign modules to the left or right of a component display.
