Question White page when online

Hello,

I hope I've posted this into the correct section of this forum.

I'm new to Joomla and Kunena. I've installed Kunena onto a site I'm building, joomla.seaworthy.com/ and am having a problem with it.

The installation went fine. I created a link to the forum but when I click on the Community Forum link at the top I'm getting a white page. However, when I go into the control panel and take the forum offline, I get the correct offline message on my Joomla page as you can see.

I've uninstalled Kunena and reinstalled it. I tried the tar file but I got a white page in the back end. The zip file seems to work fine but I'm having trouble with the front page.

I've looked all over the forum and can't seem to find the answer or am misreading some of the posts concerning white pages.

I understand: resolving these white page problems can be difficult. I assume you have searched for other possible discussions topics. There is also a an article in the documentation Wiki that may help: How to diagnose blank page on Kunena .

Thanks for your rapid reply. I searched hi and lo all day for an answer. I'm posting here as well as contacting my server to see if I might have a MySql error. I know the answer is probably something simple.
